Mike Wahba

President, Global I.N. Inc.

In 2007, Mike Wahba established Global I.N. Inc., a boutique, family owned Real Estate Investment Corporation based in the Bay Area with contacts in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. An entrepreneur from an early age, Mr. Wahba started his first business during his freshman year at the University of California in Berkeley. After completing his studies he pursued his business interests by establishing and operating an international trade company where he first developed his interest and contacts in international real estate and investment banking. In 1985 he founded his first real estate company in California dealing in commercial acquisition, finance and syndication.

Shadi Qutub

Agent, Global I.N. Inc.

Shadi has been a highly valued Senior Sales Associate specializing in multi-family properties. He has a client centered and relationship driven approach where he is involved in every step of the transaction from underwriting, to his aggressive marketing efforts, and finally, to closing escrow. Specializing in the 1031 exchange process, Shadi examines each of his clients return on investment and provides various opportunities for his clients to build wealth; bettering their position by exchanging into larger multi-family apartment buildings. He helps buyers and sellers create well thought out and strategic plans to optimize their real estate portfolios and then executes on these plans to achieve their goals.
